What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to return your item(s) for a full refund. You may return your item(s) up to 30 days, but will result in store credit only. In order to receive a full refund your item, it must be unworn, unwashed and be in its original packaging: polybag and tags, etc.

We are unable to provide a return label at this time, meaning shipping costs will be at your own expense. 

All sale items/items at a discounted price and items bought at in person pop up events are all final sale. Final sale meaning it is not eligible for returns, exchanges, and a refund. 

*Pop Up Events include and not limited to: Rose Bowl Flea Market, Creative Babe Market, Soul Real Market, and more.


  • Exchanges: We will only allow exchanges for size change only. You must email us to make an exchange request.

    Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return. Allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your original form of payment. Additional questions/concerns, email us at info@capsulegems.com.

    How long will shipping take?

    Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order. If it may take longer for whatever reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. 


    Depending where you live, shipping time can vary from 2-7 business days. Please refer to your tracking number we will provide you with.

    I purchased an item from one of your pop ups. Am I able to return/exchange?

    Unfortunately, no. All items sold at in person pop up events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 


    Do you ship internationally?

    Just the U.S. and Canada. We may open shipping internationally in the future!
